Conditions that apply to every order made through this website.
The seller
Prep Kitchen Gear, of Mumbai, Maharashtra, is the seller. It is a proprietorship selling hot tub and spa accessories, filters and water-care supplies online, with no retail counter.
What is sold here is filters and cartridges; water testing and clarifiers; covers, cushions and cupholders; inflatable spas and vacuums. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of anything else.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer; ours is accepted at the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
If we publish something incorrectly, the order is cancelled and refunded in full, and we tell you promptly.
Prices
Every price is in Indian Rupees and includes applicable tax. We take UPI and Cash on Delivery; the Payment Policy and Shipping Policy cover the rest.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
The Shipping Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy form part of these terms and should be read with them.
Using this website
- our copy and photography may not be republished by another seller
- please do not scrape, crawl aggressively or otherwise load the site in a way that spoils it for others
- orders placed fraudulently, or in a name that is not yours to use, will be cancelled
Liability
We stand behind the description, the condition and the delivery windows on the Shipping Policy. We cannot answer for a courier’s own delay or for a product used against its instructions. None of this reduces your rights under Indian consumer law.
Applicable law
Indian law governs this agreement, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may revise these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
