This page covers both returns and refunds for Prepkitchengear. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, allow exchanges, and cover 100% of return shipping costs. Customers will not incur any restocking fee, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Returns are accepted for Only new products — unopened, in original packaging, unused, with all tags attached. Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for return.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: gift cards, final-sale items, custom or personalized products, and any items showing signs of use or damage.
Yes, exchanges are accepted within the 30 days window from delivery for new, unused products.
Returns must be made By mail only. A prepaid return shipping label is included in the package and also re-sent by email with the RMA. Evergrowkids LLC covers 100% of return shipping — the customer does NOT pay for return shipping. There is No restocking fee, and the RMA number is issued within 2 business days of approval.
1. Email support@prepkitchengear.shop with your order ID and reason for return within the 30 days window from delivery.
2. Expect a response within 1 business day.
3. Once approved, receive your RMA number and prepaid return label within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided prepaid label by mail.
5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD, within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and inspect it. Please note that your bank may add an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on your statement. The product price is refunded in full, with no restocking fee; the original outbound shipping fee is refundable only when the return is due to an error on Evergrowkids LLC’s part (wrong, defective, or damaged item). Return shipping is always free via the prepaid label.
