Almost every hot-tub problem people write to us about is a maintenance problem wearing a technical disguise: cloudy water, a smell, skin that itches after a soak. The fix is nearly always a fresh cartridge and an honest test strip, not a new pump.
So we stock the boring end of the market properly, and we describe dosing and filter sizing in terms you can actually check against your own tub.

How we work
Online only
There is no showroom. We are a sole proprietorship shipping from Mumbai, Maharashtra, and support is by email so that every answer is written down and can be checked later.
If it goes wrong
Record a video as you open the parcel. Damaged, wrong or faulty on arrival is replaced or refunded in full within 48 hours of your report, at no return cost to you.
