We pick, check and box in Mumbai, Maharashtra; nothing leaves unchecked.

Measured from pickup. Nearby cities land early in the window.
Start to finish
Counting our packing time as well as the courier’s.
Dispatch and handling
An order confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that day’s handover; anything later is packed the next working morning.
Allow 1–3 business days for packing. We hand parcels over Monday to Saturday and nothing leaves on a Sunday or a public holiday.
Each item is packed to survive a drop, because parcels are dropped and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
Charges
Orders of ₹4,999 and above ship free. Under that threshold the charge is a flat ₹149, the same to any PIN code in India.
There is no separate packing charge and no surcharge for distance. One figure, shown before you commit.
Cash on Delivery works for most addresses. Where it does not, or where the basket is too large for it, the checkout says so while you can still change your mind.
How to watch it move
We hand parcels to courier partners chosen for the destination. You receive tracking by email and SMS on dispatch day.
Tracking often catches up in bursts. If seventy-two hours pass with no movement at all, contact us and we will open it with the courier.

Delivery area
- Deliveries are made inside India; we take no overseas orders
- A physical street address is required; couriers here do not deliver to PO boxes
- A parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above
