Orders and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery is ₹149 below the ₹4,999 threshold and free above it. We pack within 1–3 business days and the courier takes 5–12 business days, so 6–15 business days door to door.
How can I pay?
Two routes: prepay by UPI, or pay the courier on delivery. The Payment Policy has the detail.
How do I track my order?
We send the tracking link on the day of hand-over. Weekend gaps are normal, as the Track Your Order page explains.
Returns
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
You have 7 days from delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging; the Refund and Returns Policy sets out the rest.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Video the unboxing and contact us within 48 hours. We cover the return and either replace or refund. This is not a warranty and we do not describe it as one.
Day to day
Will this filter fit my tub?
Filters are sold by type and dimension, both printed on the listing. Measure the old cartridge end to end before ordering.
Are the test strips a substitute for a service?
No. They read what is in the water today. Balancing it is still your job, and a badly balanced tub damages its own pump.
Is the clarifier safe with the tub’s own chemistry?
Follow the dose on the bottle and do not mix products in the water at the same time. Overdosing a clarifier clouds a tub far worse than leaving it alone.
Does an inflatable spa need a dedicated circuit?
It needs a socket that can carry the heater’s stated load. Check the rating on the listing against your supply before ordering.
Is there a showroom?
No walk-in store, no collection point. We operate online from Mumbai, Maharashtra and reply during Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
