Stop it before it ships

Before dispatch it is a single email. After dispatch it becomes a return.

Before dispatchfree; the 1–3 business days before handover is your window and there is no fee

Cancelling before dispatch

Email care@prepkitchengear.shop with your order number and the word cancel. We stop the parcel and the full amount goes back to where it came from.

Timing matters: we pack within 1–3 business days, and after the courier scan it becomes a return rather than a cancellation.

After the parcel has left

From the first scan onward it is a delivery, not a cancellable order. Refuse it or return it; the Refund and Returns Policy covers the second route.

Our own cancellations

Occasionally we cancel from our side: an item turns out damaged in stock, a price was published wrong, or the delivery PIN sits outside our courier network. You hear from us the same working day and anything already paid is refunded in full.

The refund

We process a prepaid cancellation refund within 5 to 7 business days; banks sometimes take another working day to post it. A COD order cancelled before dispatch has no money in it to return.

We charge nothing for a cancellation, from either side, in any circumstance.
