Ours, and invisible to the courier’s system.

After the opening scan, with distance setting the pace.

Counting our packing time as well as the courier’s.
Following it
Use the tracking number from your dispatch email on the courier’s own site. It is the fastest route, because their system updates before any third-party page does.
- email and SMS both carry the link, sent on dispatch day
- expect a gap of some hours before the first scan shows
- expect no movement on a Sunday and a burst of it on Monday
When to tell us
Write to care@prepkitchengear.shop after seventy-two static hours, or immediately if it is marked delivered and is not. We open the case with the courier on your behalf.
A duplicate order is the one thing that makes this worse. Check with us before you place it.
Delivery windows and charges are on the Shipping Policy, and care@prepkitchengear.shop answers during Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
